Staff
(Producer/Director) (B.S. Northwestern University, M.A. University of Colorado) is producer and director of the Peanut Butter Players. She is the author of eleven children’s musicals and has spent her professional career working in theatre.
(Musical Director) (BA Cincinnati Bible College) is musical director of all PBP productions and summer camps. He teaches private voice and piano lessons, accompanies UNC vocal classes, Longmont Children’s Chorale and numerous local theatre groups.
(Choreographer) Carissa is a Peanut Butter Players alum from the 90's who starred in many Sum-Fun and Lunch Bunch shows. She returned to the Peanut Butter Player family to introduce her daughter to the wonders of the stage. Carissa has worked as a choreographer and co-choreographer for many musicals including Little Shop of Horrors, Cabaret, Hello Dolly, the Lunch Bunch productions, The Jungle Book, High School Musical & the tap dancing production of Snow White 2000, Sum-Fun productions Me For President & Mark Twain as well as PBP sum-fun camps and Broadway dance workshops. She studied under Tony Award winning choreographers; Savion Glover & Henry LeTang as well as Fred Kelly, Leonard Reed & Cholly Atkins. Carissa has a B.A. from Metropolitan State College of Denver in Spanish and Elementary Education, and is currently teaching 6th grade and working on her Masters Program.
LAURA KRUEGEL (Let's Act Up I and II, Musical Theatre 101) Laura has been a PBP since she was 7 years old, performing in both Sum-Fun and camp productions as well as taking major roles in Lunch Bunch shows. She was the Baker's Wife in Into the Woods, Amaryllis in Music Man, Ida in Honk! Anne in Anne of Green Gables. She performed numerous major roles in
(Broadway Bound & Broadway Bound Too) Lindsay was one of the original members of the Lunch Bunch in Boulder, and an outstanding Peanut Butter Player in numerous shows. She distinguished herself with the Boulder High School Pom Squad, and graduated from CU with a degree in Women and Gender Studies. She currently works for the Women’s Wilderness Institute leading programs for girls. She interned in New York City with the Broadway Dance Center, danced with a salsa and hip-hop company in Los Angeles, and currently teaches salsa at Streetside Studios, and Dance Jam at One Boulder Fitness.
